Founded in the summer of 2014 by Luis and Lizbeth Balmaceda, Clear Developments has disrupted the industry of asbestos abatement in Denver. With extensive experience gained from many years of working for large companies, Luis chose to utilize his knowledge and skills to provide a valuable service to his local community.
The company primarily specializes in asbestos abatement projects but has additional expertise in Lead Based paint and Mold mitigation. Clear Developments aims to ensure that they provide effective and clear products and services today so their impact can be seen well into the future.
Today, Clear Developments works relentlessly to ensure their clients are receiving the best possible service. Co-Owner and President Will Pasillas, alongside Luis & Lizbeth, leads an enthusiastic team whose main goal is to teach and help the customer every step of the way.
This includes abatement services as well as helping them be educated and aware of the infamous natural occurring mineral, Asbestos . It is Clear Development’s mission to provide clients with comprehensive solutions backed by core ethics of transparency, value and integrity.
